NYT downplays Palestinian civilian deaths, political motivation for Gaza attack

The Times all but ignored Palestinian civilians killed by Israel’s latest assault on Gaza and dismissed an essential factor in Israel’s calculus — pressure on Netanyahu from the fascistic members of his own coalition… PBS was almost as deferential. Bennett left the large number of Palestinian dead to the last line of his report, and didn’t say that almost all have been civilians… The Times and PBS too are sensitive to the Israel lobby in the U.S.

3 more Palestinians dead – one shot in the head for honking his horn

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement that January 2023 has been the bloodiest since 2015 in the occupied West Bank. Israeli forces have killed 35 Palestinians, including 8 children and an elderly woman. A lone Palestinian carried out an attack against Israelis on Friday, killing 7. The incident took place in a settlement that was built on illegally appropriated Palestinian land. The shooter was killed, and his family was evicted from their home in preparation for its demolition – a violation of international law.

As Twitter censorship is revealed, will Palestine remain canceled?

Twitter’s secret blacklists are being revealed in the new Twitter Files releases. Will the project also investigate Twitter’s suppression of Palestinian content? Twitter’s former chief censor Yoel Roth has tweeted against criticism of Israel. And one of the journalists investigating Twitter’s censorship, Bari Weiss, has been called a “Zionist fanatic of near-unhinged proportions,” – and says she “happily plead[s] guilty as charged.” Weiss has a history of working to cancel people and suppress negative facts about Israel…
