Yesterday, in a historic event, Thomas Massie spoke out on the Congressional floor about Israel’s lethal attack on the USS Liberty that killed 34 Americans and injured at least 174.
Israel advocate veteran John Podhoretz celebrated the role of “Jewish money” in defeating Massie. But Massie’s primary loss to the Israel Lobby seems to have emboldened him. He also announced that he will honor and memorialize the crew of the USS Liberty on the House floor on Monday at noon.
