Palestinians see the censorship as part of a wider trend of physical and cultural erasure continues to this day. Concealing the archival record denies Palestinians the tools to communicate their own history.
Many social media users have probably noticed a massive censorship campaign in recent months. Many blame it on “The Left” trying to prevent their political opponents from influencing public discourse. But this video indicates that a major driving force behind these free speech-stifling activities is, in fact, the Israeli government.
