Following Israeli & US pressure, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres forced a UN agency to remove a report that found “on the basis of scholarly inquiry and overwhelming evidence, that Israel is guilty of the crime of apartheid.” The chief of the agency that published the report resigned over the censorship…

The ZOA said that Mattis’ remarks were “hostile to Israel.” Mattis also said he “paid a military-security price every day as CentCom commander because the Americans were seen as biased in support of Israel.” Mattis opposes torture, and President Trump says he will allow Mattis’ view to override him on this.
This suggests that Israel means to drive Gaza’s people out, presumably to Somaliland, which Israel recognized on Dec. 26, before anyone else did. It’s no secret that the Israeli government wants to ethnically cleanse Gaza, and it appears to be putting its ducks in a row.
