If anyone else abducted an individual and held the person prisoner for 10 days, there would be consequences. This should also be true for the federal government. The government must compensate Marzieh Hashemi for jailing her… sign here:

Partially unsealed federal court documents reveal that Hashemi, a U.S. citizen, has not been accused of any crime. She has appeared twice before a U.S. District Court judge, according to an order Friday to partially unseal information about her case.
