Israeli media are reporting widely that Biden knelt before Israeli President Rivlin’s chief of staff during Rivlin’s White House meeting with Biden. The chief of staff, Rivka Ravitz, is an ultra-orthodox Israeli who lived in an Israeli settlement for many years, where her husband was deputy mayor.
