The federal government forcibly seized, shackled & is imprisoning Marzieh Hashemi, a grandmother who has not even been charged with a crime. Partially unsealed federal court documents reveal that Hashemi, a U.S. citizen, has not been accused of any crime. She has appeared twice before a U.S. District Court judge, according to an order Friday to partially unseal information about her case.
