New York Times journalist Isabel Kershner is an Israeli citizen whose son is in the Israeli military and whose husband, Hirsh Goodman, worked for an Israeli thinktank where his work was to help shape Israel’s image in news media.

In 2012 FAIR highlighted Alison Weir’s exposé on a NY Times’ report on Israel-Palestine that had reversed the chronology of an attack, & had reported that “several goats were killed in a petting zoo in an Israeli communal farm,” but failed to mention that Israeli forces had injured a one month old Palestinian infant, a two year old, a three year old, a 10 year old, and others….
