Israel pursues possible war crime in village demolition

The bedouins in Khan al-Ahmar are considered an “existential threat” to the Jewish State; Israel plans to demolish the village and relocate the entire tribe to a location that denies the people their ancient culture. Israel’s Supreme Court has green-lighted the process, which will enable the state to cut the West Bank into pieces – although it may be a war crime.

Joe Sestak, early Democratic critic of Israel, announces presidential run

Sestak, a retired Navy admiral and 2-term Democratic Pennsylvania congressman, criticized Israel’s blockade of Gaza. He then ran in a Senatorial primary bid against Arlen Specter, the Israel partisan who had just switched from Republican to Democrat. Patriot owner pledges $20 million to set up yet another foundation for Israel

New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft pledged $20 million to establish a new foundation that will work to counter the international movement to boycott Israel over its violations of human rights. Kraft said that the foundation will combat “antisemitism,” which is often defined to mean criticism of Israel.
