Iran’s Health Ministry said Israeli strikes have killed 224 people, including a two-month-old baby, with over 900 injured.

40 women and 15 people under age 20 were among the dead, Health Ministry spokesman Hossein Kermanpour said.

“The number of children killed was significant,” he said, with the youngest victim being the infant.

About 230 injured people have been discharged from hospitals, while many others were transferred to private facilities.

Debris removal from damaged residential areas remains incomplete.

Iran’s UN representative had previously announced 87 deaths.

Iran launched multiple missile waves in retaliation, striking Israeli energy facilities.

An Iranian missile hit an eight-story apartment block in a strike that killed at least 10 people across Israel.

A second night of ballistic missile attacks saw rockets impact in northern and central regions, including in a suburb of Tel Aviv.

In Bat Yam, south of Tel Aviv, six people were killed and 100 were injured when a residential block was destroyed.

Israel’s emergency services said an Iranian missile hit a home in the country’s Haifa region, leaving 14 people injured, including one in a critical condition.

“Teams have reported 14 casualties at a two-story home in the western Galilee, including one in critical condition and the rest with varying levels of injury.”

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said it hit Israeli fighter jet fuel production facilities and energy centers with drones and missiles in the new “True Promise 3” wave.

“Fighter jet fuel production facilities and the regime’s energy supply centers were targeted with a massive number of drones and missiles,” the IRGC said.

The IRGC warned that “offensive operations will continue more severely and extensively if mischief and aggression persist.”

Israeli forces struck Iranian fuel facilities south of Tehran early Sunday, hitting the Shahran oil depot and a fuel tank.

Israel said it is continuing to strike Iran and would “attack and destroy Iranian surface-to-surface missile sites.”
