A company run by Brad Parscale, a registered foreign agent of the Israeli government, is collecting data from World Cup fans who want to watch games on the National Mall.
Parscale, who previously worked on Donald Trump’s 2016 and 2020 campaigns, runs the firm Clock Tower X, which has created several websites on behalf of Israel that push pro-Israel messaging. The firm’s contract with an Israeli state-guided PR company is worth millions. Six million of this money has been directed to SparkFire Technologies, which uses AI bots that advocate for Israel and “persuade people” through text, email and web chats.
Campaign Nucleus, another company run by Parscale, is now collecting data from soccer fans who register for the Freedom 250 FIFA World Cup Fan Zone on the National Mall in Washington, D.C, The Washington Examiner first reported.
The Daily Caller contacted both Campaign Nucleus and Freedom 250 for comment.
The Caller signed up for the event and received a ticket that read, “Powered By Nucleus.”
The Daily Caller also received an email from the address “@events.campaignnucleus.com.”
It’s unclear whether a ticket is even required to enter the Fan Zone space. One X user said he attended the event multiple times without signing up on the Freedom 250 website or presenting a ticket.

The Freedom 250 website states the event is open to the public and that there is no cost to enter. The event provides live match viewing as well as “interactive exhibits, youth programming, cultural showcases, food, music,” until July 19, the final day of the tournament.
Campaign Nucleus uses AI to analyze vast datasets to identify “persuadable voters,” assess public sentiment, create tailored email content and increase the reach of “anti-woke” social media influencers. During the 2024 election cycle, the company reportedly earned over $2 million working for the Trump campaign, the Republican National Committee and other Republican-aligned organizations by conducting online registration for rallies and sending campaign emails and press releases.
Parscale previously teamed up with data mining firm Cambridge Analytica during the 2016 Trump campaign. Cambridge Analytica was involved in a major data scandal after it harvested Facebook data of 87 million users without their consent, which was then used to build profiles and “micro-target” voters in the 2016 U.S. elections, as well as the United Kingdom’s Brexit vote.
Parscale also works as the chief strategy officer for Salem Media Group, a conservative media company that owns 117 radio stations in 38 markets, as well as the conservative news sites Townhall, RedState, Hot Air and PJ Media.
