All eyes are on Lebanon.
Israel unleashed a vicious assault on its northern neighbor within minutes of President Trump announcing his ceasefire, giving Beirut the Gaza treatment by pelting it with untold numbers of rockets and slaughtering at least 182 people. The campaign, appropriately named Operation Eternal Darkness, hiked Lebanon’s estimated Iran War death toll to well over 1,000, higher than the number of people Hamas killed on October 7th.
Every unbiased observer knows what this is about. The Israeli government wants to steal Lebanon’s land and portray the theft as “self-defense.” It is a classic imperialist play, and it would not be possible without America’s support. What a stain on our nation’s moral fabric.
Rather than diving into the ethics of annexation, blowing up neighborhoods, Israel painting itself as the victim as it commits multi-front terrorism, or any of the other Washington-backed atrocities currently unfolding in and around the Gulf, we want to use this piece to explore how what is happening in Lebanon directly affects the United States. The consequences for our country are grave.
Whether the White House likes it or not, Iran opposes Israel’s destruction of Lebanon. In fact, the Iranians are so against Operation Eternal Darkness that they are threatening to leave the new Trump ceasefire, and therefore keep the Strait of Hormuz closed, if the killing continues.
“The U.S. must choose—ceasefire or continued war via Israel. It cannot have both,” the Islamic Republic’s foreign minister said on Wednesday. “The world sees the massacres in Lebanon. The ball is in the U.S. court, and the world is watching whether it will act on its commitments.”
A few things about this situation are objectively clear, regardless of the confusing nature of yesterday’s reporting flurry or your views on the Middle East. First, Donald Trump would like the Iran War to end. He would not have used a holocaust threat as leverage for a ceasefire if he didn’t. Second, the Iranians also want the invasion to stop, as evidenced by their agreeing to the ceasefire. And third, Iran only appears willing to move toward peace if Benjamin Netanyahu stops treating Lebanon like some sort of weapons-testing site.
Given the Israelis constantly describe themselves as America’s “greatest ally,” you would think they would gladly pause their evisceration campaign in the name of helping us achieve our ceasefire goal. That is what allies do. They help each other. But not Israel. As of this newsletter’s writing, the Israeli Offense Forces have shown no signs of letting up in Lebanon, nor has Netanyahu expressed any willingness to align his mission with America’s. He is a belligerent maniac, actively working against U.S. interests.
Again, even if you somehow still support Israel and believe the propaganda that territorial expansion is self-defense, it is undeniable that the Israelis are not behaving like an ally. They are doing what they think is best for them, and they could not care less about how their actions impact America.
Would it not be fair for Washington to do the same, and finally act in accordance with what benefits our country, even if it would upset Israel? Netanyahu and his friends clearly have no problem brushing us aside whenever their goals compete with ours, and in a way, their calculation makes sense. They are Israel First no matter what. American leaders must in turn put America First and end this preposterous “alliance” once and for all.

Damn Trump’s Ceasefire, Netanyahu Says. Israel Wants More War.
Donald Trump would like the Iran War to end, meaning any country that portrays itself as the president’s “greatest ally” should want to help him achieve his goal. That’s what “greatest allies” do. But not Israel.
Global neocon commander Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday declared that his government does not care about the new U.S.-Iran ceasefire, saying his Washington-backed military operations will continue no matter what Trump says.
“Our finger is on the trigger… and I would like to emphasize, this is not the end of the campaign,” the Israeli prime minister told reporters. “It is merely a preparation on our way to achieve all of our goals.”
Netanyahu’s vision further illuminates that his agenda is not aligned with what is best for the United States. If he wants more war, then so be it. But America should not have to support him.
“A Beautiful Thing”: Trump Floats U.S.-Iran “Joint Venture” in Strait of Hormuz
Donald Trump revealed on Wednesday that he is considering forming a “joint venture” with Iran to set up tolls in the Strait of Hormuz. The arrangement, which the president described as a “beautiful thing,” could provide new revenue for the U.S. and help Iran rebuild from Israel’s war.
“We’re thinking of doing it as a joint venture,” Trump told ABC’s Jonathan Karl when asked about Iran charging ships to use the waterway. “It’s a way of securing it — also securing it from lots of other people.”
The White House has not explained what gives America the right to turn the passage between Iran and Oman into a U.S. enrichment project, but maybe it will soon. In the meantime, Trump’s idea shows that Washington partnering with the Iranians, not just attacking them on Mark Levin’s behalf, could make sense in many contexts. Sure, such pacts might upset the Israelis, but their concerns are deeply irrelevant to America’s interests. They do not matter.
Vance to Hold Peace Talks With Iran
JD Vance is one of the GOP’s only earnest America First leaders. That’s why we are pleased to report that the vice president, not Ted Cruz, Mike Johnson, or any other “conservative” who demands Americans bow down to Israel, is about to head U.S. peace talks with Iran.
The White House announced yesterday that Vance will lead the Trump administration’s Iran War negotiating team on Saturday. The talks will take place in Islamabad, Pakistan, and will be the highest-level meeting between the warring nations since 1979. Iran’s parliament speaker will head Tehran’s delegation.
Mark Levin, Laura Loomer, and many others in the Republican Party’s Dual Loyalty Caucus cannot stand the vice president. Unlike them, he opposes the United States should serving as an obedient wing of the Israeli Government. His common-sense position brings them blood-boiling rage. Be on the lookout for their attacks against him in the coming days. A lasting peace deal, which he is a threat to craft, is the last thing they want.
Lindsey Graham Wants Congress to Review Trump’s Ceasefire
This is hilarious.
Lindsey Graham, who bears hefty responsibility for the non-congressionally authorized Iran War, suddenly wants America’s legislative branch to insert itself in the conflict. His reason is simple: he thinks Congress could help prolong the bloodshed.
The lonely “South Carolina” senator on Wednesday called for a congressional review of President Trump’s new Iran ceasefire, writing on X that he “looks forward to the architects of this proposal… explaining [to Congress] how a negotiated deal meets our national security objectives in Iran.”
Knee-slapping laughter is the appropriate reaction to Lindsey’s stunt. Did the “Make Iran Great Again” fanatic ever, even one time, demand a congressional review of the decision to start this conflict? Or an explanation of how serving Israel “meets our national security objectives”? Of course not. He’s just looking for a way to keep the war machine churning.
“We Lose the Midterms”: Republicans Fear the Iran War May Doom the GOP
Republicans are bracing for a blue wave. The GOP’s “special alliance” with Israel is to blame.
“This war in Iran almost cements the fact that we lose the midterms in November — the Senate and House,” a source close to the White House told Politico on Wednesday.
“Time is not on the president’s side when it comes to the November election,” a longtime GOP strategist added.
This war’s globalist supporters routinely insist that anyone who criticizes the project is aiding the Democrats. The opposite is true. The war itself is helping the liberals by forcing independents and America First voters to turn away from the GOP. The party has abandoned its nationalist promises, and that is why it is primed to lose in November. What a historic travesty.
U.S. to Automatically Register Young Men for Military Draft
U.S. federal law requires men between ages 18 and 25 to register with the Selective Service System in case the DC war machine authorizes a draft. Failure to comply could result in fines of up to $250,000 or five years in prison.
46 states and territories have laws to automatically register young men when they apply for driver’s licenses or IDs, saving them the hassle of sifting through paperwork that could lead to them dying for Israel. Now, the federal government is following suit.
Congress recently approved automatic draft registration as part of the 2026 National Defense Authorization Act, transferring “responsibility for registration from individual men to SSS through integration with federal data sources.” SSS will implement the change in December.
Would the government really bring back the draft? To Benjamin Netanyahu’s great delight, the White House is not ruling it out.
“It’s not part of the current plan right now,” Karoline Leavitt said last month. “[But President Trump] wisely keeps his options on the table.”
Trump Blasts NATO After Meeting With Alliance Chief
Donald Trump has felt frustrated by NATO for years. Like Israel, the alliance is a parasite on America’s back. We do everything for them and get remarkably little in return.
The president’s rage has potentially reached the breaking point during the Iran War, as Europe’s refusal to participate has sparked increased talk about America leaving the organization. NATO chief Mark Rutte met with Trump on Wednesday to try to simmer tensions. It did not go well.
“NATO WASN’T THERE WHEN WE NEEDED THEM, AND THEY WON’T BE THERE IF WE NEED THEM AGAIN,” the president wrote on Truth Social after the two-hour summit. “REMEMBER GREENLAND, THAT BIG, POORLY RUN, PIECE OF ICE!!!”
NATO and Israel are on a collision course, as the Jewish State’s likely next target, Turkey, is a member of the alliance. Could that be why the U.S. may pull out? To allow the Israelis to attack Turkey? We would not be surprised.
