When Presbyterians Fought Christian Zionism

In 2002, 131 theologians posted “An Open Letter” that was a scathing critique of Christian Zionism. They had the courage to do something that theologians don’t seem to have the courage to do these days: proclaim the theology they believe in. What has changed? The reality is that what gets taught in protestant churches is primarily determined by what does not offend wealthy donors – and almost all these donors are Zionists.

Are the Jews indigenous to Palestine?

Tucker Carlson and Ambassador Mike Huckabee touched on the question of Jewish indigeneity in Palestine  – but in light of the enormous impact of the Zionist project of the Palestinians (and the world), it is worth delving in a bit deeper. Fully half of Israel’s prime ministers came directly from Eastern Europe. The rest were children of parents from Europe or America.
