IMPORTANT NOTE: The number of Palestinians being killed in Gaza is lower since the October 2025 “ceasefire” began, just over 300 days ago – about 4 per day, vs. over 100 per day during the 733 days of the “war.” But Israel is actively working (with Trump’s “Board of Peace“) to ethnically cleanse Gaza of its Palestinian population, even as the low-level killing continues. Genocide experts, along with organizations like the United Nations and Amnesty International, maintain that the genocide is ongoing.
Hospitals in the besieged Gaza Strip received the body of one Palestinian who died from his wounds and treated five others injured over the past 24 hours, the Palestinian Health Ministry said Thursday.
UNICEF says one child killed per day in Gaza since ‘ceasefire’: At least 300 children reported killed in Gaza in the 300 days since October 2025 truce between Israel and Hamas was agreed.

Detained doctor Hossam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, is reportedly facing extremely difficult health conditions in Israel’s Rakevet Prison after severe and repeated abuse that left him with multiple injuries, including fractures to his rib cage. Abu Safiya was reportedly subjected on 27 July to a violent prison raid, which he called “the hardest day of his life in prison.” Detainees were beaten with batons, subjected to electric shocks, exposed to tear gas and rubber bullets, and attacked by police dogs.

Israeli army withdraws from Qalandia refugee camp after raid injures 51 Palestinians: More than 60 Palestinians, including women and children, were detained or questioned during the nearly 2-day military operation north of occupied East Jerusalem. Several homes and other buildings were seized and turned into detention and field interrogation centers during the operation.
Palestinian officials also reported extensive damage to property: eight businesses were destroyed, storefronts were damaged, and the contents of dozens of homes were damaged during searches. Several families also alleged that cash and gold jewelry were stolen from their homes during the raids.

Israel is a tiny country, about the size of New Jersey, with a population smaller than the US state of Georgia – about 10 million (of which about 20 percent are Palestinians), yet it is in the news constantly. As has been demonstrated again and again, however, mainstream media rarely covers Israel news accurately. IAK gets the facts – sometimes from Israeli media sites, where we can get a glimpse inside this country that is rife with turmoil and contradictions, and that receives $63 million a day from America.
ISRAELI MEDIA: Number of Palestinian minors in Israeli administrative detention* rises sharply — data: While Israel stopped holding Jewish suspects without due process, it has intensified practice against Arabs (i.e. Palestinians), expanding number of Palestinian minors held in past year from 103 to 191. In addition, the number of minors held in administrative detention for more than a year rose more than eightfold, from six in March 2025 to 50 in March 2026.
Justifying his policy to differentiate between Jews and Arabs, Israeli defense minister Israel Katz claimed that violence committed by settlers is not terrorism**, while violence committed by Arabs is.
*NOTE: Thousands of the Palestinians currently in Israeli prisons are administrative detainees, being kept indefinitely behind bars without charge, trial, or access to a lawyer, on the basis of “secret evidence.” Administrative detention is intended to be used only in “exceptional” circumstances, but Israel uses it widely. **NOTE: Israel’s framing of Palestinians as terrorists is a political, not fact-based choice – one that portrays Palestinians as uncivilized aggressors, and Israelis as perpetual victims – or potential victims – enabling them to claim “self-defense” as an excuse for taking disproportionate actions.
While there are no doubt groups of Palestinians planning and carrying out operations against Israel, they are exercising – albeit imperfectly – their internationally recognized right to resist their oppressor and occupier (the UN extends that right to the point of armed resistance). Calling Palestinians, including resistance members, “terrorists” is an attempt to delegitimize the struggle of a people seeking freedom, justice, and self-determination.

IRAN, LEBANON, & SYRIA – NEWS & HEADLINES:
It can not be overemphasized that Israel is the impetus behind US policies and actions vis-a-vis Iran. Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has been pushing the US to attack Iran for decades, using lies and deception. Under President Trump, he got his wish.
Israel has invaded Lebanon seven times in the last half century. Between 1978 and 2000, Israel maintained an 18-year occupation of southern Lebanon — Hezbollah was formed to fight that occupation.
Although Israel is not at war with Syria, the Israeli army has reportedly carried out over 1,600 violations inside Syrian territory since August 2025, and demanded the demilitarization of southern Syria – but also vowed to permanently occupy some areas.
IRAN
President Donald Trump on Thursday denied reports of the Pentagon being low on munitions, posting on Truth Social that “the U.S. has massive amounts of ‘munitions,’ especially of certain types,” adding that “ large amounts are being manufactured and shipped to the U.S. as needed.” He promised “long jail sentences will be sought” for the “leakers.”

The Israeli army fired 113 projectiles into southern Lebanon on Wednesday, the highest daily total recorded since June 21, the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) said Thursday. “UNIFIL did not detect any projectile launches by Hezbollah during the same period,” said Haq.
