Israel Interfering in US Elections Thru Brad Parscale

Complaint filed with the Arizona Attorney General states Israel is interfering in US elections thru Brad Parscale’s FARA registered, Clock Tower X.

Per the Federal Election Campaign Act, foreign nationals and their agents are banned from participating in US elections.

In June, Kai Newkirk, a candidate for the House of Representatives in Arizona’s 4th district, filed a foreign election interference complaint with Arizona’s Attorney General against Brad Parscale’s Clock Tower X.

Brad Parscale and his company, Clock Tower X are FARA registered Israel agents who receive funding and direction from Israel through an intermediary, “State of Israel via Havas Media Germany GmbH” to propagandize America via digital campaigns encompassing AI, chatbots, texts, and social media. FARA reporting shows Clock Tower X subcontracts majority of its work (on behalf of Israel) to a myriad of companies who are not registered under FARA

In May, Reporting from the Intercept shows Parscale’s Clock Tower X directed $13M from Israel to digital strategy groups such as Convergence Media, Three Tech and Sparkfire Technologies which operates the AI text messages campaign called “Friends for Peace”.

The Responsible Statecraft reported “Friends for Peace” sends Pro-Israel text messages to voters and directed them to a YouTube channel for Allies for Peace. Allies for Peace’s YouTube channel was created in October 2025 by Clock Tower X, Brad Parscale’s FARA registered Israel agent.

Clock Tower X’s June 2026 filing with the Department of Justice’s FARA office lists Allies for Peace and Friends for Peace as part of its Israel propaganda network.

Now, Arizona’s 4th district is receiving the same Pro-Israel text messages from “Friends for Peace” which is operated by SparkFire Technologies, a subcontractor to Clock Tower X under its FARA registered contract with Israel. Arizona’s 4th district has a House of Representatives candidate, Kai Newkirk, who opposes US aid to Israel as well as bills in Congress that would merge Israel’s military with the U.S. In June, Newkirk filed the election interference complaint with the Arizona Attorney General’s office.

The Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA), 52 U.S.C. § 30121 (implemented in 11 CFR § 110.20) bans foreign nationals from:

Making contributions or donations of money or “anything of value.”
Making expenditures, independent expenditures, or disbursements in connection with any federal, state, or local election.
Making disbursements for electioneering communications (e.g., certain broadcast, cable, or satellite ads mentioning candidates close to an election).

This explicitly covers paying for or running campaign ads, independent expenditures (ads expressly advocating for or against a candidate), robocalls, text messages, or other paid communications aimed at influencing an election.

Based on the text message exchange, it appears Parscale’s campaign is attempting to skirt the law by promoting Israel rather than discussing the election directly. However, the timing of this campaign in districts with candidates who oppose endless aid to Israel, warrants an investigation. Particularly since in July, Time Magazine reported White House officials said Brad Parscale’s Clock Tower X was behind the coordinated campaign against the Trump Administration’s peace deal with Iran, which Israel fiercely opposes.

So where are the U.S. government enforcement mechanisms on this topic? They are currently nonexistent. In February 2025, then Attorney General Pam Bondi, on her first day, disbanded the Foreign Influence Task Force, the very DOJ office responsible for enforcing FARA. The change specifically limited DOJ prosecutors from criminally charging those involved in public-relations work and policy advocacy on behalf of foreign businesses and nonprofits. This deliberate incapacitation of the enforcement mechanism has given a green light to foreign influence operations like the one operated by Brad Parscale and Clock Tower X.
